Before creating the Yangshuo Mountain Retreat, Chris founded the corporate training group ALTEC in Guangzhou in 1995. It soon became one of the largest providers of professional skills training to multinational companies in China, including P&G, Nokia, Coca-Cola, Nike, Siemens, Conoco-Philips and hundreds of others. As one of ALTEC's lead coaches, Chris developed a number of personal leadership programs designed for executives, and built the Mountain Retreat as an inspirational venue for these powerful offsite workshops. Chris has since retired from the training business, except for his annual experiential leadership programs, which he offers in the Himalayas to executive teams from around Asia.
June's exclusive Attracting Wealth seminar at the Yangshuo Mountain Retreat, builds on Chris's success in helping executives let go of self-defeating practices, allowing them to achieve breakthroughs in personal and career success.
