Agricultural Bank of ChinaAbout 100 m down the right hand side if you are looking down West Street. The AgriculturalBankofChina exchanges foreign currency and is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon-Sun with an hours break for lunch. They also have an ATM machine outside.
Bank of China, West StreetRight at the beginning of West Street (Xie Jie), on the left hand side after KFC you will find a small branch of Bank of China. They do foreign currency transactions daily from 9.00 am – noon and 1.00 – 5.00 pm and there is an ATM on the outside wall.
ICBC
This is just an ATM machine in a small room but the machine has excellent English instructions and is easy to use.
China Construction BankOn the opposite side of the road to the banks named above, the China Construction bank is on the corner of West Street and Chengzhong Road.
