Yangshuo Liangfen

This is a Yangshuo noodle specialty, different from the famous Guilin rice noodle(Guilin Mifen). These noodles are also made of rice, but are flat and clear. This Yangshuo dish is not eaten as a soup and is served cold with vinegar. “Liang” means “cool” in Chinese and “Fen” means noodle. In summer when you feel hot, this dish will cool you down. They say this dish can keep you beautiful and healthy.
