Yangshuo town has changed dramatically in the past 10 years. What
was once a small collection of small family restaurants and
hostels serving mainly western backpackers along West Street,
has become a burgeoning Chinese tourist mecca, catering mostly
to Mainland Chinese groups. This shift in Yangshuo tour demographics
has created a very different feel to the town: non-local Chinese
have opened discos, KTV, nightclubs and fast-food outlets, turning
West Street and the surrounding area into hive of throbbing
laser-lit Chinese hyper-commercialism.
Yangshuo Village Inn was created to steer our guests away
from this invasive sub-culture, and into the pristine Yangshuo
countryside, to enjoy rock climbing, Li River tours, Yulong
river rafting, caving, mountain biking and hiking. Our location
across from Moon Hill Scenic area is the perfect staging point
